King's Day at Rembrandtplein.
King's Night on 26 April and King's Day on 27 April: the square becomes one big terrace, the cafes take the music outside and the clubs open in the daytime. This is the venues' own agenda for the orange days, fresh every day.

On King's Night the clubs and party cafes go on until morning; on King's Day the terraces of Rembrandtplein and Thorbeckeplein are full from the morning and many venues sell their tickets in advance. Reguliersdwarsstraat celebrates the weekend its own way, with the gay programme of its bars.
Practical: the city centre is largely car-free on King's Day and public transport runs a special timetable; come on foot or by bike. When 27 April falls on a Sunday, King's Day is Saturday 26 April.
